As I always call it, she senses what you need and what your body is calling out for. Her mixture of Reiki, crystal healing and Theta all combined left me feeling so much better after the first session that I can pin point that day to when I started to turn the corner out of what had been a dark phase for me due to tragic circumstances and I had got stuck in a rut of negativity believing I had been cursed.

I have had several different treatments with Gemma including reiki and hypnotherapy which are always incredible.
I enjoyed her particular style of reiki so much that I began to train with her to be able to do it for myself and others and will shortly be doing my reiki masters .i have loved every minute of those courses and always send anyone looking for reiki to her.
I have also trained with Gemma on her reformer Pilates studio.the results are just brilliant and the classes are tailored to exactly what you and your body needs. She has a unique training style and is both encouraging and lots of fun.
